LECTOR WORKSHOP: Sunday, July 23, 2023 - 10:30am to 12:30pm in the Church
All Catholics in good standing with the Church (ages 16 and better) are invited to attend this informative workshop to learn about the Ministry of Lector. Those who complete this workshop and join the ministry will be installed by Fr. Mikee at a future weekend Mass (date/time to be announced). Additionally, all current lectors are required to attend as a training refresher.

Men, women, and youth who have received the sacraments of Baptism and First Holy Communion are needed to serve Our Lord at His holy altar. The parish has a comprehensive training program which is offered as needed. Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

Only priests are Eucharistic Ministers. Lay persons who administer the Eucharist at Mass and to the sick and homebound are Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. These ministers are commissioned by the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston for service at the parish. If you feel that Our Lord is calling you to this most sublime ministry available to the laity and want to assist, please contact the Parish Office at [email protected] or 304-258-1311.
